Professional qualitative test intended for the detection of antibody content against COVID-19 in clinical samples (serum/plasma/whole blood).
It offers high accuracy, efficiency in providing results in 15 minutes and convenience for its suitability to finger blood.
Room temperature storage.

Each test contains one testing strip, one dropper and one desiccant.

Based on the principle of antigen-antibody reaction and Testing results immunoassay technique. It contains colloidal gold labeled COVID-19 recombinant protein, mouse-anti human IgG antibody immobilized in G test area, mouse-anti human IgM antibody immobilized in M test area and the corresponding antibody in C quality control area. Antibodies are secreted after virus invasion: immunoglobulin M (IgM) comes out first, as early sign of infection and immunoglobulin G (IgG) comes later, arising a more specific and stronger reaction to the virus. Sample is positive when purple-red bands appear in C area and in one or both G and M areas. Sample is negative when colored band only appears in C area.
